This tastefully furnished and completely renovated second floor Turtle Point villa in the East Beach area offers an expansive deck and wonderful views of the lagoon and 18th fairway of Kiawah’s Turtle Point Golf Course. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is only a short, seven minute walk to the beach and close to the island’s top attractions.
Enter to an open layout with lots of natural light. The kitchen opens to the spacious living and dining areas with seating to comfortably accommodate 6. The living room is audio visual equipped with a 60"HD smart flat screen TV with expanded channel service. The kitchen is very functional and includes appointments such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a DeLonghi Magnifica Automatic Espresso Machine and Cappuccino Maker, a Keurig machine, and a standard drip machine - enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the lagoon and Turtle Point 18.
4942 Turtle Point Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a 32" LED HD flat screen TV and private baths. One guest suite offers a king bed and the other has two twin beds, both with new mattresses. The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd level and also includes a new king bed and mattress, a 46" HD flat screen TV and a beautifully redone bath with separate soaking tub and deck overlooking the lagoon.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal on the screened in porch with comfortable new outdoor furniture.

Very clean property and we loved the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon

The unit was very nice and in a great location. When we first arrived the upstairs main bedroom was extremely warm. We had to close all of the downstairs vents in order to divert cool air upstairs, which solved the problem. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was issues with sufficient hot water. We could not get hot water in the downstairs bathroom until we turned on the shower as well. We would frequently run out of hot water in mid shower even though only one person was showering. Sometimes the hot water would come back on and other times we would have to finish up with cold water. We don’t know if the unit shared hot water with other units or if the issue is specific to this unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this unit except for the hot water issue.
