Located within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Islands beautiful ten-mile beach, Turtle Point Clubhouse, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Sanctuary Hotel, this spacious and unique three bed, three bath, townhouse-style villa enjoys some of the best views on Kiawah. One of the few Turtle Point villas with a completely private front entrance, this end unit enjoys more outdoor space, unobstructed views, and additional privacy as there is not a unit above or below.

The great room combines the living, dining, and sun room areas to each other and the outdoors. Lined by a wall of over-sized sliding glass doors to the back deck, the entire space showcases a beautiful view of the lagoon and natural scenery. Just past the lagoon, you see the 18th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Dressed in neutral tile flooring and a coastal casual decor, the main living space features rich wood beam accents on the ceilings and walls, custom cabinetry and built-ins, plus a custom finished bar and pass through that opens to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys upgraded appliances and tile flooring, bright cabinets and counter tops, ample storage space, and is open to the sun room and back deck for ease of dining outdoors. Two spacious first-floor guest bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax, plus large closets, and upgraded private bathrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys privacy from the rest of the villa. Complete with his and her closets, tall ceiling, and picture windows with gorgeous water and golf course views, the masters private bathroom offers vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Flat screen televisions are throughout and wireless internet and a desk are provided in case you must work while on your vacation (though we hope you don't!). No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
