About this villa rental
Sit in the living room or dining room and enjoy the 18th hole of Kiawah's Turtle Point Golf Course. Two wonderful balcony views of the golf course from the master suite and main floor of the villa. The beautiful lagoon between the Villa and golf course attracts wildlife and gives a relaxing view to enjoy golfers on the final hole of the course. Ride a bike or walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Pass the lagoon with the biggest alligator we have and walk on the bridge to get a closer view. Everyone can enjoy the Villa with the master suite upstairs and the first floor spacious living area, queen bed with own bathroom and twin room with its own large bathroom as to not have to share with the kids. *** THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE RESORT OR POOL ACCESS*** RBL21-000156

had a wonderful visit. Will definitely stay again. Had difficulty with wifi on our arrival; but manager took care of that quickly. Facilities were very accommodating in every way. Great location overlooking the lagoon on the 18th fairway.
Has a leaky faucet in the kitchen. Had dirty sheets in the twin bedroom . Had to wash before using.

This property is currently being renovated. Canvas pictures on the floors. No smoke detectors anywhere, Towel racks missing plus curtain rods in the closets. TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3 were on the floor, apparently ready to be mounted? Sliding doors (both floors) are in disrepair(Monique told me that new doors are on order)..Owner left a lot of clothes in 2nd floor BR reducing space for renter. Stovetop/oven probably should be replaced--functional but chronically dirty.. I have never stayed in a VRBO property like this.Property has many steps to challenge people with walking issues, including one of my friends who stayed the first 4 days. There are approximately 20 steps to the unit on the second floor. There are another 20 steps to the master BR on the 2nd floor.of the unit.The good news is that I received some good exercise for my legs.There was an early issue with the wifi system that Monique quickly responded to and resolved. I'm sure when the current renovation is completed, this property will show very nicely.
