The cottage is within walking distance to the beach, so you and your guests will have lots of fun activities and adventures waiting for you.

Easy to live in, close the beach path, nice neighbors, quiet area, fair price.

The only thing is you can only park 2 cars in the driveway, if you park more the neighbors will complain for some odd reason. We had to take the extra car 2+ miles away to a parking lot near the Harris Teeter. So if you have extra cars just beware.

We stayed here the month of February 2024. Very close to the beach and plenty of paths to walk or ride a bike. Well appointed kitchen has basically everything you need, but none of the pots and pans are high quality. Plenty to explore on the island and never had a bad meal the whole time we were here. Unit was clean, but furnishings are old and tired.
