In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island is a rare find in the Sparrow Pond community! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this one-of-a-kind cottage is perfect for families looking for a private beach getaway.
Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this cottage underwent a massive transformation in 2025, adding a fourth bedroom and third full bathroom! As you enter the cottage, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light, creating a light and airy feel about. The sleek kitchen highlights white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and has everything you could possibly need to cook your meals at home. The dining area has seating for 6, and an additional 3 seats are available at the kitchen island. Flowing into the living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and 3 chairs, plus a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Just off the living area is a spacious screened porch with 2 chairs, plus an additional television. A gas grill is available on the deck for guests to use to cook up a nice meal after a long day on the beach.
The primary bedroom is located in the back left of the cottage, and features a queen size bed, television, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the cottage are 2 additional bedrooms, both offering queen size beds. The second bedroom also offers a small desk for any vacation goers needing to answer a few emails or make a couple of calls during their stay. A bathroom is also shared between the 2 bedrooms and features a beautiful walk-in shower. The front right bedroom in the cottage also has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower located across the hall.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Great location. Close to the beach and community pool. And even though the houses were close to each other, there was privacy.

I’ve been coming to Kiawah since my honeymoon in 1996 and this is by far the loveliest villa I’ve stayed in. It was beautiful online when I was booking it. It exceeded my expectations when I walked in the door. Modern & spacious. Gorgeous Appliances and kitchen. The wrap around porch being partially enclosed is genius. Super communicative property owners; I had one minor request and it was taken care of the next day. We’re looking to move down here and I would book this villa for our real estate visit, as well as next summer. Actually, I can’t imagine staying any place else. Thank you!
