A row of palmettos, sea oats, and rolling sand dunes are all that separate these roomy cottages from the Atlantic. Within a short bike trip to Night Heron Park, Oceanwoods cottages are secluded as well as convenient. This cottage accommodates up to 8 people with one king, two doubles, and two twin beds. There is a deck with a gas grill, a screened porch with a wooded view, two TVs, and wireless internet. The cottage is about 225 yards from the beach access. Dogs are welcome for a small additional fee. There is parking for up to two cars.
This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.
*There's an outside shower available (hot and cold water).

452 is one of the nicer Oceanwoods cottages we have stayed in. Everything worked in the cottage, including the front door lock. The beds were comfortable and both bathrooms were nice. Unlike some others, the outdoor grill was clean, worked and even had an extra propane tank if we needed it. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, like most other rentals, are dated but useable . We also did not see a single bug inside the cottage which was a first for us staying on Kiawah. It is dog friendly and while we did not bring ours this time it is nice to know we have the option if our dog sitter cancels on us. Overall a great place to stay!

This home has easy access to the beach and Night Heron Park- great place to stay with kids. Home is comfortable with everything you need.

Plenty of room for all of us. Really close to beach. Saw some deer. Everyone we encountered was super nice. Great vacation rental.

The home was so so. Not terrible but not great. First Oceanwoods cottage we’ve stayed in where the front entrance had not been expanded so the kitchen was very dark/small with minimal counter space. Had to purchase our own pans and cooking utensils. What was there to use was less than OK but also understand most renters don’t take care of cooking utensils. Master bath was not good. Just yucky. Hall bath was updated and great. Can’t beat proximity to beach but for what it cost, I would expect more. Had a few issues which Vacasa took care of but they lacked the follow through I’d once again expect for the price paid. I don’t know that we would stay in this cottage again.
