In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This beautifully decorated Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts 4 bedrooms, a back deck, and great golf views. The home is located behind the second gate of Kiawah and is a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.
Walk in through the welcoming front door and immediately notice the updated finishes and hardwood floors throughout the first floor of the luxury home. Directly in front of you, you will find the living area that boasts plenty of space for the whole family. Watch a movie on the mounted flat screen TV while relaxing on the sofa or 2 chairs. The living area also has access to the back deck. Inside, the dining table provides seating for 8 plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen features white cabinets, ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, double oven, and separate bar area.
The first-floor primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and two reading chairs. The large, private bathroom has a gorgeous tile walk-in shower, standalone soaking tub, and large vanity. The first-floor secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. Both feature queen-sized beds and TVs. They share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy the back deck - where guests can use the gas grill, enjoy meals at the table or simply watch the golfers play on the 4th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

The property was great! The location was spot on for our needs and everything was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again in the future.

Everything from booking to checking in was A+. Property needs a little TLC. Rear porch screen door needs repairing. Master bath toilet runs from time to time. Front and rear stairs need a coat of paint. Rear stairs railing post is missing. Fire place didn’t work but not a priority for us given the time of year we rented.

We enjoyed staying in this property -- so clean, well-appointed, wonderful well-lit gathering spaces, comfortable beds. Would love to stay there again in the future!

The house was clean and comfortable but showed some wear from deferred maintenance. The windows and patio needed to be power washed. The refrigerator stopped working halfway through our stay and we were forced to buy some coolers to get us through the first night. After that the property manager delivered some larger coolers and ice but two and a half days with an 18 month old and a 3 year old and no refrigerator seems unacceptable to me. We had to replenish the ice twice a day. It seems like a better contingency plan would have been appropriate. We loved the island but the housing arrangements will keep us from coming back any time soon.
