In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This first-floor renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Point Villa that features two bedrooms, a sunroom, and great golf and lagoon views. The villa is a six-minute walk or two-minute bike ride from Kiawah's spectacular beach.
The villa was recently renovated and has many updates, including beautiful new flooring throughout. The coastal-inspired décor and comfortable furnishings make this villa perfect for your Kiawah Island vacation!
The living area features a comfortable couch, love seat, swivel chair, 65” Smart TV which allows guests to access Netflix, Hulu, and other apps with personal subscriptions. HDMI also provides guests with the ability to connect personal gaming consoles and laptops. Enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event with surround sound provided by the Bose Soundbar. Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the open back deck where you will find plenty of seating. Enjoy the fresh air while watching wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers play on Turtle Point Golf Course. The living room opens to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 6. The villa also has a great sunroom with a memory foam queen sleeper sofa, and a chair. The recently renovated kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, white cabinets, new appliances, and barstool seating for 3.
The primary bedroom showcases a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, lovely built-ins, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features two memory foam twin beds, flat-screen TV, and is close to the hallway bathroom that offers a walk-in shower.
This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and spacious. The view of the lagoon and all the nature in it were amazing to watch. We saw a huge gator plus 3 more sized gators even a baby. The birds that hang at the lagoon were so amusing to watch every day. You also can sit on your porch and watch the golfers on the 18th hole. Sit on the beach from 11 until 4 pm is perfect. Then come back to the villa for dinner and lagoon watching until dark. Amazing Stay! Can't wait to come back to this villa.

We had a great time. The condo is clean and well provisioned. Beds were comfortable and we sat outside in mornings. It was a great spot to watch the full moon rising.
The alligator visited and sunned itself just off the deck almost every morning.
We saw a mama deer with her 2 youngsters. Went to beach and the park most days and really enjoyed it.
Convenient to Charleston for sightseeing and dinner. We took a day trip to Savannah and that was fun.
We would stay here again.
