In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, an open floor plan, and a large screened porch. The home is about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.
The well-appointed living and dining rooms have vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a dual fireplace (not for guest use). The living area offers a sofa, 3 chairs, a 40" flatscreen TV, DVD player, and external speakers. In the dining area, the large farmhouse table is ideal for family dinners or entertaining. There is a wonderful selection of books and games for those evenings when you just want to hang out and enjoy the serenity of Kiawah. The fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen has white cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of pantry space, and a wall-mounted TV.
Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed, access to the screened porch, chair and desk, Bose radio, and a luxurious bathroom with large glass door shower, jacuzzi tub, and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a chair for reading, Bose radio, and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two twin beds, a chair, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the large screened porch with a gorgeous view of the 7th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course. You can also catch some sun on the open-air deck with two lounge chairs and a gas grill.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

The property was just as advertised. The home was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The screened in porch was amazing. The location was perfect- right on the golf course and a short bike ride to the beach. The internet worked well. The beds were comfortable and the home was very quiet! I would rent this home again on another visit!

This the 4th year in a row we have stayed here. Perfect space for my wife, myself and my 2 adult children. 3 BR's 3 Baths, everybody gets one. But, it could definitely use some upgrades.
