About this apartment rental
Our cozy 3-room apartment can accommodate 4 people.
In addition to the living area with an open kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed and TV, there is another bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.
The new open kitchen, integrated into the living/dining area, leaves nothing to be desired and creates a cozy atmosphere. The living area features a cozy sofa corner with a TV as well as a dining area. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and freezer space, glasses, silverware, and small appliances are, of course, provided.
The first bedroom features a double bed, a closet, and a TV. You can access the balcony from the bedroom.
The second bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa for two people and a wardrobe.
The apartment features a large bathroom with a shower and a window.
A parking space and free Wi-Fi are included with the apartment. At Villa Eden, a washing machine and dryer (shared use, for a fee) are available in the basement. You can park your bicycles on the Villa Eden property. Towels and bed linens are not included in the travel price but can be booked in advance.
Just a few hundred meters from the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quietly located apartment is situated in one of Binz’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Here, you can go for a stroll, cool off in the sea, or simply relax and unwind.
A worthwhile first destination is the pier, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The town center and the nearest shopping options are also nearby. The seaside resort of Binz, the largest on Rügen, is located on the eastern side of the vacation island, right on Prorer Wiek Bay.
