You can relax wonderfully, especially in the living/dining area of the vacation rental! A cozy sofa corner with a modern TV (LED TV with cable) and DVD player awaits you. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Or would you like to spend evenings cooking together during your vacation on Rügen? Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen—featuring a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more.
The dining area features a large table with 6 upholstered chairs—perfect for meals or fun game nights!
For wonderful moments breathing in the refreshing Baltic Sea air, our vacation rental features a covered and wind-protected balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Schmachter. Enjoying a good glass of wine here in the romantic evening sun is the perfect way to experience a wonderful vacation!
The separate family bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2 m) and a bunk bed. Two additional guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed in the living area.
The marble-tiled shower room adds to the comfort of your stay.
It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the center of Binz; on the way there, you’ll find a bakery where you can pick up your breakfast rolls. The beach is just under a 10-minute walk away. Along the way, you’ll pass restaurants, cafés, and shops.
In the building’s basement, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers that you’re welcome to use.
The apartment comes with a private parking space, and there’s a designated area for bicycles. An AC wallbox with a charging capacity of 11 kW is available to our guests in the residence. The first charge is free; subsequent charges are optional (50 cents/kWh).

“Residenz Binz” on Rügen is situated on a beautiful southwest-facing hillside overlooking Lake Schmachter. A mere 10-minute walk takes you to Binz Beach and the city center. The Klünderberg has a 12% incline.

Tolle Wohnung, super ausgestattet. An allen Fenstern Rolläden ist wichtig bei diesem heißen Sommer :-) Tolle Lage!

Unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung ist für 6 Leute ausgelegt und wir waren überrascht, dass es recht geräumig war. Besonders der Essbereich wirkte großzügig und die Küche war mit Allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird (Selbst Salz, Gewürze, Filtertüten, Handwaschseife und Spülmittel war vorhanden - eventuell von Vormietern überlassen?).
Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren bequem, es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nur die Härte der Schlafcouch ist zu bemängeln. Da wir unseren drei Kindern das Schlafzimmer überlassen haben, damit wir abends noch in Ruhe lesen und fernsehen konnten, hatten wir nun die Möglichkeit auf dem Schlafsofa zu übernachten. Dies ist recht schnell aufgebaut, aber wie gesagt, reichlich unbequem.
Ansonsten haben wir eine schöne Zeit in unserem Feriendomizil verbracht.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine super Größe. Wir sind zu dritt dort gewesen und hatten massig Platz. Weiterhin war man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten in der Hauptflanierstraße von Binz.
Bei der Bäckerei Horn, welche direkt unterhalb der Ferienwohnung lag konnte man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen holen. Rasender Roland und der Strand waren ebenfalls in erlaufbarer Nähe.
Einzige Mankos an der Wohnung: das WLAN funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht, nach wenigen Minutens surfen war sofort die Verbindung weg. Und es gab entgegen der Werbung für die Wohnung keine Waschmaschine. Wir wollten ursprünglich ein paar Handtücher waschen dies war jedoch vor Ort nicht möglich.
Wenn man das nicht braucht, war alles perfekt
