Apartment 6 is a two-room vacation apartment on the first floor, with approximately 70.00 m² of living space, and is ideal for two adults with children. The apartment is laid out as follows: Bedroom (12 m²) – furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m); living room (26 m²) with a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) and a double bed (1.80 x 2.0 m). TV, CD radio. Open-concept kitchen (approx. 16 m²) with built-in kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop with oven, large dining table, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishes. Glazed balcony (7 m²), hallway (4 m²), and bathroom with tub and shower (9 m²). For occupancy by more than 2 people, there are 4 sleeping spots in the living room.
Pets are allowed only in apartments 1–3 and 5–10.



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
