Continental breakfast was fine…we knew it would be. We were there for a wedding and if there had been a choice we would have preferred a cooked breakfast. But this isn’t a criticism..just a suggestion. I would have liked a box of tissues in the bedroom as I hadn’t bought any tissues with me. Bathroom was great and shower was excellent. Key arrangements worked great for us. Book of information was excellent. Taxi services were excellent. Really appreciated help given when we arrived and realised we were in a rural area without a car!!

A warm, comfortable, and friendly stay with exceptional hospitality and great value for money.

The accommodation was really good. The beds were comfortable, and our twin room was perfectly fine and very clean. Although the washroom was shared, it was spacious, spotless, and the shower was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful — especially Mary and another staff member who explained everything about nearby tourist places. The overall service was exceptional. They were kind enough to warm our food and even helped us pack what we carried. The overall service was exceptional, and we truly felt at home.

The location was a little far from Dublin airport 35min, and the breakfast had limited options. However, the available continental breakfast, including bread, toast, tea, and coffee, was fresh and good.

Really lovely homely accommodation

Perfect location for Emerald Park and the beds were very comfortable. Mary was so, so nice and friendly. The room was a great size and suited us for the night. Greeted by a super cute doggy on our way to our car in the morning, which is always a bonus for me and my kids.

I’m quite sensitive to dust etc and the room had a mild musty smell. Luckily i had antihistamines with me. A tv would have been nice but I do understand the noise levels tvs create could be why there isn’t one. Otherwise I can’t fault the property.

I loved the privacy of having our own space and the bed and bedding was so cozy! Crack open the window in the morning to hear the birds!

Wonderful time

Mary and Val are exceptional hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative. It's been such a nice time spent in their house. Very peaceful place with nice energy all around. And quality of beds, pillows, etc.. I didn't sleep that good for ages. I can only recommend this wonderful experience!

Would not book again as I the ad was deceptive and the bathroom wasn’t private

Convenient location, exceptionally clean, Mary was very nice and helpful with her messages before we arrived and kindly left out gluten free biscuits for me.

Booking stated the rooms had private bathrooms, this was not the case. It was a shared bathroom between 4 rooms and this made my stay quite uncomfortable and I would not have booked if I’d known this was the case. We also arrived back late and I was told we were in room 4, there was no door with a number 4 and we spent 10 minutes hanging around wondering where we were meant to go. We ended up in a room marked “private” on the door that was very small and didn’t feel like it was meant for guests, the only reason I knew it was for us was because Mary said she had left me out gluten free biscuits.

Nah am Flughafen mit Gemeinschaftsbad

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ, witzig und freundlich. Zum Glück gab es im Zimmer eine elektrische Heizung, die wir einschalten konnten. Self-check in ist auf Anfrage auch möglich. Hübsche und moderne Einrichtung. Das Zimmer war auch groß genug um vor dem Abflug nochmal alles im Koffer zu sortieren. Einen Wasserkocher und Tee gab es auch.

Preis-Leistung passt für mich nicht zusammen, da es lediglich nur ein Gemeinschaftbad gab und man gerade morgens vor dem Flug schauen musste, dass man sich mit anderen Gästen nicht in die Quere kommt. Duschen ist limitiert auf maximal 5 Minuten. Im Badezimmer und unserem Zimmer war es sehr kalt. Es wird Frühstück ab 8 Uhr serviert. Leider mussten wir vorher los. Uns etwas abends für den nächsten Tag einzupacken, war nicht möglich. (Wieso nicht? Wo ein Wille ist...) Das Bett war so weich wie ein Marshmallow, sodass ich mich bei jeder Bewegung meines Partners, ebenfalls auf der Matratze bewegte, was sehr nervig war. Die Gläser waren leider schmutzig vom Geschirrspüler. Das WiFi Passwort war nirgendwo notiert, sodass ich es nicht nutzen konnte.

Ein schönes Haus, in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Ein netter Pub in der Nähe, von dem man einen tollen Blick ins Tal und auf den Sonnenuntergang hat. Der Hill of Tara ist ganz in der Nähe und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Wir haben die Unterkunft für die letzte Nacht vor unserem Abflug gebucht. In 30 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man am Flughafen. Mary ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!
