Location was perfect, walked out gate on cafe and shops, a few minutes walk from the beach. Everywhere you wanted to go was a short walk away. Wifi was great, and no problems with connection. Air con is a must for south of France if going in the summer months, we were there during a heat wave, kept cool when in doors. TV was great and all appliances were high end. I would have liked a washing machine, but understand space is a premium, so I knew before booking we didn't have that.
Finding apartment was difficult as we were at the gate next to it which is also called 6 rue de France, so a photo of what the front gate looks like would have been helpful. Also its called sweety apartments which it doesn't tell you on booking.com

Emplacement de l. Hébergement. Proximité de la. Promenade, plage, restaurant. Calme des lieux bien qu il soit situé en plein centre. Possibilité de faire tout à pied.
