This property is definitely underrated on Booking! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a very cute balcony. The location is perfect: close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nice who is looking for great value for money!
I wouldn’t describe the double bed in the bedroom as queen-size. It was comfortable enough for us, but it might feel a bit small for two larger people.

Location and lovely apartment
Couldn’t pick up any Chanel’s or connect my iPhone to the tv.. my only complaint.

The location, the balcony, the AC unit
The bed, very uncomfortable and not suitable for anyone over 6 ft

Location of the apartment was excellent.
The apartment was not clear; fe. the floor was so dirty that it turned my socks pitch black. The owner should pay more attention to the work of the cleaning staff.
For four days the three of us were given one and half-rolls of toilet paper.
We had problem with the wifi, we asked assistance from the owner but the problem remained unsolved during our stay.
