Nestor&Jeeves - POP ART - central - balcony

We loved our stay at this apartment which is in a fantastic location and yet very quiet. It had everything that we needed and there was also some extra equipment (for example, there's a beach mat, parasol and shopping bag should you need it). One tiny thing: would be nice if the Host replaced the mugs (3 or 4 matching basic white regular sized mugs would be an excellent addition). All in all a great apartment and would recommend.

Modern and private apartment on 6th floor with balcony opening to quiet inner yard. Apartment is well equipped (incl. shower and kitchen soaps, dishwasher tablets etc) and everything necessary worked; complimentary water bottles were nice touch. The foldable bed is not to be afraid of - it is full size bed with very comfy mattress (watch out for those sneaky panel corners lurking your legs under the blanket edge, though...). The place has superb location!! Everything is close by - restaurants district just around the corner, grocery store next building, pharmacy across the street, large parking house right under the same building (costs the same as elsewhere in Nice center, ie too much...), beach and old town just a short walk away. Nestor&Jeeves concierge service over their app worked very smoothly (our initial Internet connectivity issues got response at once and were solved within hours from reporting; booking the complimentary baggage storage for last day got confirmed immediately). Would definitely recommend for any couple or single traveler!

A bit confusing garbage handling instructions for the building - not clear where to put your general waste (ie non-package) or glass bottles (we actually ended up using the bins on streets for little that we had).

Good location. Elevators including a larger service elevator for large luggage. Clean, smart and tidy apartment. Solid walls and floors, double glazing and shutters so nice and dark and v quiet at night. Ground floor concierge of the block was helpful in showing the bins etc Was granted an extra hour to check out on final morning and the rental concierge company (c350m walk for key collection and drop) able to store my luggage for day until time to go to airport.

Unfortunately internet was faulty for entire duration of stay. Appreciate this was reported to be the broadband company’s fault not the owners though.
