Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

the apartment was clean and is well located, close to Nice center. So is quite easy going everywhere by foot.
There wasn't toilet paper available in the apartment
The bed is very noisy, every movement you do while sleeping you will wake-up.
