Location was good close to the Trafford centre and other areas we needed
This property is nothing like the pictures, blinds don't fit the windows as they are far to short this made privacy an issue, toilet seat to small and not fitted well, carpet lifting throughout the property and broken floorboards. Be aware the stairs are very steep and there is no hand rail, used cigarette's ends in the yard, that is very over grown and the gate isn't really a gate it's wood nailed onto the wall. The carpets were grubby and there is a fair few cracks the the roof.
