Enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom and en-suite in this spacious five-bedroom house in Stretford, close to Manchester’s Old Trafford sporting district.
Arranged over three floors, the house sleeps up to 10 registered guests in five double bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own shower-room en-suite and smart TV, making the property particularly convenient for families, colleagues and established groups travelling together.

Downstairs, guests have a comfortable lounge, a separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Old Trafford football stadium, Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground and local Metrolink connections are all within the surrounding area.
The property is in a residential Stretford neighbourhood. Matchdays and major events can make nearby roads, public transport and parking much busier than usual, so guests attending an event should allow extra travel time.

Bedrooms

The house has five bedrooms, each furnished with:

In total, the house has five en-suite shower rooms and one additional WC.

Living room

The lounge has two sofas and a large smart TV. The television supports streaming apps, but local broadcast channels are not available. Guests may need to sign in using their own streaming accounts.

The dining table seats up to six guests at one time. Please take this into account if booking for a larger group.

Nearby options include Café Football beside Manchester United’s stadium, Stratford Canteen and the restaurants, cafés and shops around Stratford town Centre. Opening hours and matchday arrangements can change, so guests should check directly before travelling.

Please note that this is a residential street rather than Manchester city center. The area may be lively on matchdays but should be treated as a quiet neighborhood at night.

PARKING

There is no guaranteed private parking space at the property.

Public street parking may be available nearby, subject to signs, permit restrictions, matchday controls and availability. Visitor permits may sometimes be available, but must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Paid parking can also be found around Chorley Street. Prices and availability are controlled by independent car-park operators and may increase on matchdays or during major events.

Guests should check current restrictions when they arrive and must not block driveways or park in permit-only areas without authorization.

HOUSE RULES

- Do not tamper with fire-safety, emergency-lighting or monitoring equipment
- Respect neighbors and avoid noise in the street when arriving or leaving
- Follow all displayed parking restrictions
- Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly through Airbnb
- Check-out is by 10:00 am unless a later time has been agreed in writing

A disclosed noise-decibel monitor may be used to identify sustained excessive noise. It does not record conversations. No monitoring device is located in a bedroom, bathroom or sleeping area.

Where damage, unauthorized smoking or exceptional cleaning occurs, the host may submit a documented reimbursement request through Airbnb in accordance with Airbnb’s policies. Fixed penalties are not charged automatically.
