I liked the location, it was excellent, so close to the stadium and transport links

The house was disgusting, the furniture was mostly broken, beds where not clean, cigarette buts and rubbish, broken furniture in the front garden and inside the property. The heating didn't work so we had to call someone for help and fix this ourselves over the phone. The bathroom was horrendous, my sister in law had to scrub the bath with bleach before anyone could use it. The house sleeps 9, but doesn't even have 9 knives and forks. Honestly the location is brilliant but the cleanliness of this house was an absolute disgrace. Blood on mattresses, stains everywhere... on walls stairs carpets furniture. To pay over £800 for 3 nights I would atleast expect a clean bed to sleep in. Really really disappointed, there's just no excuse to take people's money and not provide a clean environment for them to stay in.

rainy football weekend

typical English house in a very close neighborhood to Old Trafford so ideal when going to see a match; there is plenty of space in the house; public transport is 10 min walking distance; large supermarkets in the area, couple pubs and restaurants; really ideal place for football fans

the floor in the house was dirty, seems like not properly cleaned when we came; house is little bit worn out, would require couple small fixes; there are just a few cups or glasses in the kitchen, not enough if you think it should accommodate 9 people

Very comfortable stay in a great location - would recommend for larger groups in the area!

It was very easy to access the property through the lockbox, the rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds and towels/toiletries provided for each guest. The modern shower had good pressure and the second toilet downstairs also came in handy. The living room had new, comfortable sofas that reclined and a good smart TV with all the apps hung on the wall. I accidentally left behind our house keys in the property upon checkout and the host very kindly arranged for them to get back to me with great communication!

There was a broken chair in the front garden and it was quite over grown. Similarly the back garden was very spacious but didn't have any furniture. Wasn't an issue for us as the weather wasn't great and for the price we paid I wouldn't of expected much more but it would be a nice addition!

Very good

We had an amazing stay at this rental house in Manchester while attending a cricket match at Old Trafford. The location couldn't have been better – situated between the cricket and football grounds, making it perfect for sports fans. The ample space provided was ideal for our big group, and we even had a fantastic party during our stay. The convenience and comfort of the house truly added to our overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and spacious accommodation in Manchester!

Disappointing

Location was spot on for our requirements.

Cleanliness was poor. Hob was dirty, oven was very dirty with drip tray full of grease. Upstairs bedroom was still full of hair from previous guests. Behind the sofa were cigarette ends and dirt, the sofa was also broken. The vacuum cleaner stunk of fish when used, no other means of sweeping up available. Tiles in the bathroom were loose. Tried to contact the owner about the problems but always went to voice mail.

Very well located, spacious and comfortable house

Two of the four bedrooms in this house are exceptionally spacious and bright, comfortable beds, good shower with always on hot water, great location next to Old Trafford, 3 minutes walk to Tesco & Lidl. Very good value for the bank holiday weekend, even for 5 of us (the house has beds for 9 guests)

Back yard ill-kempt, a pity, it could be a lovely space; insufficient cups and glasses, no coffee maker (bought cafetiere in Tesco); cleaning not thorough, dust bunnies everywhere although bathroom was very clean. Minor repairs needed (bathroom door lock broken). Only 5 of us stayed in the house (we rented a second property nearby as there is only 1 full bathroom - we knew this in advance so not an issue, but be aware that the second bathroom is just a guest toilet).

close to start and finish of the Manchester Marathon which was the reason for stay

only downside was the property sleeps 9 and only sofa sits 4 comfortably, the rest of party had to sit on dining chairs which the majority had broken legs, but all in all the property was perfect for our needs. please get a bigger sofa

Old Trafford stay

We attended a match in Old Trafford, and this was the ideal location. Only a few minutes walk to the stadium. We had a child with us, so it was perfect. Not much walking. The house was lovely and big. Plenty of room for us all. Really clean and well kept. The host allowed us to check in a little earlier as there was no one booked in the previous night, which was really helpful.

Les draps et le linge de toilette étaient propres. Proximité avec les fast-food et pub. Proximité avec deux arrêts de tramway sur deux lignes différentes à moins de 15min à pied.

Pas trop de place dans la cuisine pour manger assis autour de la table. Une cafetière aurait été un plus.
