Most comfortable stay in Ulverston.

Quirky property over 3 floors, has lots of original features. Furnished very comfortably, it’s bright, warm and very clean. Free parking - massive bonus.

Great stay in a busy well serviced town, everything on your doorstep.

Location, some great touches the bikes while we didn’t use they’re available. Games room and box games.

The stairs were a problem but we are of an older age so not a problem for all.

Great place to stay in Ulverston

Location was very close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. Parking arrangements were very good, with one permit being provided for the adjacent carpark.

The property was light and airy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless and welcoming.

We loved it and would come back again!

3 night family trip

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds where comfy. Location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything especially if you want to enjoy the night life. Parking was not an issue during our stay we easily managed to park on the car park outside the property daily.

It was noisy at night but we knew it was next to the pub not being able to have windows open at night during a heatwave was not great.

Brilliantl location, Buxton Mews made for an easy stay in Ulbetston,

The property was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the quirky decor and location.

Everything was wonderful but if the weather had been wet it could have been a bit of an issue with our dog as it was a bit of a walk to a grassy area.

Central, well-equipped apartment in Ulverston

Central location within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants; well-equipped kitchen and utilities room; top floor rooms were bright and sunny. Although we didn’t use the games room, it would appeal to families. There was milk in the fridge when we arrived, and shortbread biscuits - a nice touch.

The property is located next to a public car park and a busy beer garden, so we didn’t get much sleep. The pub was noisy and deliveries were made in the early morning. The views were mainly of the car park or other buildings. The downstairs shower unit was flimsy and it was difficult to get the shower head to stay upright. The hand-held tap over the bath leaked and was difficult to use. The living room was dark at all times, even on a very sunny summer day. The furniture and decor were functional, but we felt the property could benefit from some love and attention. The photos made it seem more attractive.

Great location - one bedroom and the bathroom upstairs not so great!

The location is perfect and rhe property is spacious

One of the bedroom with the tilted ceiling and the bathroom upstairs are too dangerous for being low heights. The bathtub especially got lifted from one end when my friend - due to short height of the ceiling went to one side of the tub and it lifted off the floor.

Fantastic place to stay.

The property was in a perfect location, easy to find, parking made available, ideal place with plenty of amenities, great for visiting all places of interest, What the property has to offer is above all expectation, great family games room with the use of bikes if you like to go bike riding, perfect for couples or families. We will be visiting again.

Beautiful cosy and clean house, like a home from home, right in the centre of ulverston, everything within easy walking distance, free parking right outside the property, extremely comfy beds, all amenities you could need and my children loved having netflix included on the tv too. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage in a great location. We were welcomed by Mel, who was so helpful and courteous. The cottage is in a great central location just minutes walk to pubs shops and Resturaunts. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, and wonderful host. Great communication and cake on arrival! The property was spacious, and well thought out making for a great stay. Super convenient parking right outside the door. Would recommend.
