The house was very clean and had a lot of facilities. Easy to find and very close to the town centre. Also it was easy to access the lower part of the Lake District from this location.
Lack of welcome pack which others had mentioned in their reviews. The house is situated near a working garage and occasionally we were disturbed by early morning noise. The TV in the lounge was a bit temperamental and we also found the seating in the lounge to be very low. There was no guide to the facilities of the house which would have been useful. The floorboards upstairs are very creaky which disturbed people trying to sleep on the first floor.

Immaculate on arrival. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. The little extras were appreciated. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here, the decor and furnishing of the house has been done to a high standard. The beds were comfy, the two king sized rooms were extremely spacious, the two teenagers in our family were very impressed!!
Location was fantastic, 10 minute walk into the very centre of Ulverston. 15 minutes drive from Lake Windermere!
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all. The welcome basket with biscuits, milk etc in was a lovely gesture too. Parking was very easy outside the property. A wonderful place to stay!
