The location was excellent, & the parking, central heating & hot water were all really good. Seating area comfortable.
Kitchen not very well stocked with utensils and crockery and the cooker was hard to switch on and very slow getting hot. No garden to sit in as advertised. Double bed very comfy but single beds very hard.

Poor outside appearance....some rubbish spilled from bins, unswept appearance.

Location was fab. Spacious enough for two of us. Price was fab for time of year, but we wouldn’t pay high season prices to stay there given the comments below.
Too many plug sockets didn’t work upstairs, shower head was loose, toilet downstairs broke; Flush was only held on with a temperamental small chain. Place just needs a bit of decorative TLC.
