Location superb , fantastic views of Duomo and surrounding area . Beds super comfy . Great air con (and we needed it in august!) Lots of storage space if needed . Felt very safe there . It is at the top of the building so its 5 flights of steps up if you dont want to go in lift . The lift is very small !
Nothing ! It was great . Its very hot in the bathrooms but we did go in the heatwave so theres nothing anyone can do about that !

Incredible view, clean and safe property
No coffee pods for the nespresso and also no washing up liquid for the kitchen sink

Wait-were we supposed to get free breakfast?!!
Also very hard to open the door and to even get into the place the first time. Elevater is super small...
