Emplacement idéal

Accès compliqué si arrivée le week-end, nous sommes restés 20 minutes devant la porte avant qu’un voisin finisse par nous permettre d’entrer (Personne ne répondait à l’interphone) Et par manque de chance l’ascenseur était en panne (dur pour un 4e quand on arrive avec les valises)

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Duomo. A spacious comfortable apartment, with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and sofas for relaxing, and small balconys with a great view, so you can stand and watch the world go by. Breakfast easily obtained from the cafe across the road, and many, many restauants close by for eating.

Whilst the apartment was fairly well equipped, there was a lack of coffee cups and tea mugs. There was a filter coffee machine, but no coffee supplied - perhaps a nespresso machine or similar would be nice. There is a microwave and hob, but no oven. Also there was no welcome pack - eg water, tea coffee, perhaps some biscuits? Makes the arrival a little more special.

Great location with ac and washer

The floors, couch, and other seating options were filthy. The sofa bed was broken. Not supplied with toilet paper to last for a party of 3 for 6 days. No hand soap in bathroom (container was empty) or kitchen. Upon arrival owner failed to let us into the building not answering the phone calls, messages or bells. Another resident walking in let us in after 20 minutes of waiting. Despite saying there was a book describing how to use amenities (washing machine, wifi etc.) it could not be located after looking in all drawers and cabinets.
