Brunelleschi Elegant by MMega

The apartment was in a great location! It was located on the top floor and while the old elevator took a while to arrive, it meant that we avoided the stairs (which we were grateful for). The apartment was fairly dark and there wasn't much of a view, but it was very spacious and clean and had a nice interior. The main two bedrooms were interconnected and only separated by a set of double doors. This is cute if you don't mind sharing the space with a group of friends/family members, but it might not be ideal if you want more privacy. The kitchen and living area was also nice.

We were handed our keys from Tommaso, who showed us around the apartment and told us to contact him if there was anything we needed. After he left, we quickly realised that one of the toilets did not flush properly. When I contacted Tommaso to inform him, he told me that he'll be in contact with the agency and let us know what to do. He then sent a audio message telling us that it works, you just have to press it multiple times and push the button harder. We tried this and the toilet still didn't flush. We communicated this to Tommaso, who then never opened the message or sent anyone to check it. While we were okay with using the one toilet as we were only there for two nights, we were disappointed by the lack of communication and essentially being ghosted by the apartment's representative.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr groß und sauber. Sehr netter Empfang

Wenig Tageslicht da direkt Haus an Haus

Location

The smell of sewage wafting through the entire building (though the landlord isn't to blame for this). Also, neither the air conditioning nor the heating system was working, and the weather had been very cold and rainy over the past few days.
