Gramsci Home Sempione District

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also easy to reach by public transport. The place was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it!

The only downside was the check-out experience. We had to leave the accommodation by 10 a.m., but the next guests rang the doorbell at around 9:30 a.m., even though their check-in was not until 3 p.m. They arrived with four large suitcases, which they wanted to leave at the accommodation, and they also wanted to stay there. I tried to contact the host, but unfortunately I couldn’t reach them. This was quite inconvenient, as we were trying to pack and get ready to leave while also having to sort things out with the new guests. Another small thing we missed was laundry detergent. There was a washing machine, which was great, but we couldn’t actually use it because no detergent or laundry capsules were provided. It would have been helpful to have at least one or two capsules available, especially since we couldn’t buy a single-use amount at the nearby shop.

Lots of space. Very clean. Everything we needed. Close to supermarket, tram, restaurants.

The bin room was overflowing and smelled bad. This is not part of the apartment it is for the whole building so didn’t really impact our stay. We were there between Christmas and New Year so maybe there were fewer bin collections.
