Located fairly close to metro

This isn't real a luxury apartment as described on booking.com. This is basic. You do not get mugs or even a spoon for coffee. The locks and 4 keys are a nightmare, especially when wanting to exit the outr door (fire hazard). There was a market twice in a week right outside window (noise from 5am) the heating is either on or off. Towels not regularly changed. Shower drain partially blocked , so tray overflows. Also not shown on booking.com is the tourist tax of 9 50€ each !!

Excellent stay overall.

Convenient location, close to metro station. Big supermarket on the corner as well. Room was clean and tidy, check in smooth. Same with check out as using the keysafe. Everything was working.

Great location for exploring Milano

The location is perfect, close to subway and Sempione. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The terrace of the apartment was also nice.

While the rooms are mostly nicely renovated, there are some improvements that can still be done, like for example the terrace cover which was half broken or the terrace door handle which came off in my hand when i tried opening the door.

A spacious and clean stay in an ideal location.

The place was clean and spacious as well. I liked that there was a large supermarket nearby, and I think there were local markets set up on Saturdays. The neighbourhood was calm and pleasant, which I appreciated — especially since it was also close to San Siro, for the football match.

I didn’t really have any major negative points — which is also reflected in the score I gave. Maybe just a small thing: we had some trouble opening the front door of the apartment.

Very clean, great location and human staffs

It is very clean and you can tell when you get into the bathroom, they definitely wipe and polish the tape are, more clean than my own home. About 6mins walk from metro, no problem with self check in as we got there late at 10pm. Friendliest and most human WhatsApp chat with emoji in respond etc. There is a supermarket a couple of mins walk away, there was a street market right outside when we stayed. We stayed with a 3 years old who sleep between us, the staff did offer cot as soon as they hear we have a 3 years old. They also have luggage storage with PIN code access, we stored ours for a couple of hours before next location for free.

It is a budget accommodation, so it has no coffee machine. a few steps to get up to the lift, like other places we stayed in Italy, lift is small, but I am glad there is one.

Great location, kind and helpful staff

Exactly as pictured, room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. USB and wall plugs available on either side of the beds which is excellent for charging phones. Great location, easy to access metro and trams, or ~1 hour casual walk to major attractions like the Palace and the Duomo. Very nice view from the balcony, and on Saturday while we were there, a street market was happening right outside the doors which was a wonderful surprise. Some very nice bars, resturants and cafes also walking distance nearby. Staff very helpful and easy to contact (very quick reply via whatsapp) and the check in/ check out process was very smooth thanks to them.

The shower does not drain quickly, so be careful not to take excessive showers as the water may spill onto the floor. Street noise is a little loud, but with some ear plugs I slept very well.

Overall good value with few disadvantages.

The location is great. There is a 1 min walk to a large supermarket and a 5 min walk to the underground train station. The room space is quite large and the price is competitive compared with nearby hotels. The self checkin process is easy and the host gives well instructions.

There are some issues that may not blame the host, such as the old building, the noisy upstairs neighbors, and the weekly traditional market on the street. Specifically, the building is so old that the water that comes out of the faucet is yellow that is dirty and may not be drinkable. You can experience loud noise from upstairs almost every night. And the portable marker seems to be two times a week that may interrupt your sleep in the early morning.

The property was clean and near the supermarket and eatery. Quite a distance from CENTRALE train station. Need to take metro.

The only drawback was that there was no floor mat in the toilet and that the floor became wet after we showered.

Komunikace i celý proces ubytování proběhlo bez problémů, instrukce od ubytovatele byly jasné.

Lokalita mi vyhovovala, ubytování se nachází v blízkosti stanice metra. V sobotu se zde koná místní trh, což bylo skvělé. Cca 15min volnou chůzí do čtvrti Chinatown, která se velmi pěkná.

posizione ottima,abbastanza vicino alla metro,zona tranquilla ove presente un mercato martedi e sabato accanto al palazzo c’è un esselunga molto fornito. la stanza è calda(molto apprezzata date le temperature esterne) e accogliente,pulita profumata,letti comodi

lo scaldabagno..dato che la prima sera ho fatto una doccia gelata e la seconda ho avuto 10 minuti di acqua calda poi ha iniziato a venire fredda congelata,l’insonorizzazione è inesistente addirittura si sentono le persone delle altre case che russano o che si lavano e per chi come me prende sonno difficilmente preparatevi a non dormire proprio nel silenzio per il resto tutto ok

Undermåligt, och inte värt som besökare av Milano

Sängen lät väldigt mycket när man rörde eller vände på sig. Det var dessutom en 80 säng tror jag, otroligt tight. Faciliteterna på rummet var undermåligt. Fanns inget strykjärn, ingen garderob för kläderna, kylen kylde ej ner och var dessutom minimal och vattenflaskor gavs endast första dagen, 2 st, 500 ml. Inget mer. Vattenkokare fanns men inga muggar eller skedar ifall man faktiskt skulle få för sig att använda vattenkokaren. Det finns bra tågförbindelser, vad som inte står i annonsen är dock att boendet är beläget på en plats där man behöver byta 2 metro förbindelser innan man är inne i det centrala. Det tar ungefär 25-40 min med förbindelser in till centrum. Varmvatten finns så det räcker för en 10 min dusch per dag. Därefter försvinner varmvattnet. Städningen är icke existerande. Varken under vistelse eller inför vistelse. När vi väl kom dit var värmen i rummets element helt avstängda. Tog ca 3 h att få in lite värme i det iskalla rummet. Baddukar och handdukar gavs inte, även om hälften var kastade på marken och tydligt signalerade att de behöver bytas. Det var en 4 dagars vistelse. Incheckningen var väldigt komplicerad, och det gick endast att betala med kort. Kontanter var inte ett alternativ.

Allez y sans hésiter...

Arrivée facile ...le marché du samedi juste en bas. L'accueil du jeune homme de service. La propreté du lieu fonctionnel et bien cozy !

Nous étions 2 et il n'y avait qu'une chaise ! Les clefs pourraient être numérotées pour faciliter l'ouverture des multiples serrures. Mais c'est un détail !

Appartamento nuovo di recente ristrutturazione. Ben pulito e dotato dei servizi essenziali. Posizione passabile. Personale molto gentile.

Camera abbastanza fredda rispetto alla temperatura esterna. Bagno con fili visibili dal soffitto e sopra la doccia (!!). Bagno ancora più freddo per la presenza di un’apertura proprio sopra la doccia che rendeva l’ingresso e l’esperienza stessa molto poco piacevole. Peraltro presenza di scaldino per cui acqua calda molto molto limitata. Insufficiente per due persone. Per il prezzo, direi overrated.

O apartamento é ótimo em espaço e localização, é muito confortável e tem tudo que precisamos para passar um tempo. Além disso, fica a uma quadra do metrô. As pessoas que nos receberam foram ótimas.

Acho que não tivemos pontos que não gostamos.
