CityLife Charme - Milano Sempione

Die Lage ist toll, großer Kühlschrank, (Schlaf)Couch und ausziehbarer großer Arbeitstisch. Wohnung sehr großzügig über zwei Etagen hinweg. Fenster absolut lärmdicht, Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus.

Die Sauberkeit ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig (Tisch, Flächen in Wohnbereich und z.T. Boden). Möglichkeit zur Unterbringung von Kleidung etwas sparsam.

J’ai bien aimé le confort et l’emplacement, idéal pour ce déplacer.

Il n’a rien que j’ai pas aimé, l’appartement disparaît de tout les conforts nécessaire.

Tolles Apartment mit viel Zubehör (Küchenrolle, Schwamm, Duschgel, Geschirrspültabs, …) zum benutzen. Einfacher Self-Check-in. Tolle Lage, entspannt ohne den Touristen. Der Austausch von Informationen zwischen uns und Gastgeber funktionierte einwandfrei.

Die Wendeltreppe war sehr steil und schwierig in der Nacht ohne Licht runterzukommen, kann man leider auch nicht ändern. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

What I liked most about this property was its excellent location, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was also incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The only issue was the air conditioning. While the listing states that the property has AC, it is only located in the upstairs bedroom and was not sufficient to cool the apartment during our stay. In the summer heat, this made the apartment uncomfortably warm. The main room also felt warm. July can be a very warm month in Italy in general. It would be helpful if the listing clarified that the AC is limited to one area of the property so guests can make an informed decision before booking. But based on my communications with the owner, booking.com doesnt allow space for this.
