Sehr gut gelegen, wenige Gehminuten von mehreren Tramstops in die Innenstadt entfernt. Bis zum Duomo je nach Verkehrslage ca. 30 Minuten. Einfacher Checkin, Tür kann man via Code ohne Personal selbst öffnen. Tiefgarage geräumig und sauber, aber nicht ganz günstig (20 EUR pro Nacht). Unterkunft selbst ist quasi 1 Raum plus Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wird durch eine Schrankwand unterteilt in Wohnbereich mit Couch und TV sowie komplett eingerichteter Küche, und auf der anderen Seite 'Schlafzimmer'. Matratze könnte ein bisschen gemütlicher sein. Es fühlt sich alles ziemlich neu und wenig gebraucht an. Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

La mancanza di tende annulla totalmente la privacy e rende "freddo" l'ambiente, delle belle tende cambierebbero faccia all'appartamento, l'acqua calda arriva dopo almeno 10 minuti di scorrimento acqua, spreco idrico che è davvero assurdo, la wifi non funzionava.. Suggerisco infine qualche attenzione in più per gli ospiti, un paio di bottiglie d'acqua, qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più e magari una banale macchinetta del caffè a capsule porterebbero il punteggio a 10! P.S.: la governante ha lasciato la spazzatura ad accoglierci dietro la porta!)) Ops!

The apartment is suitable but bathroom accessories are needed; dispensers in the shower and a shelf for personal toiletries, An extra set of towels would be appropriate at no extra cost, given the room rate! Wifi instructions should be placed in the room! Location and building are convenient but not enough to forego what is missing, as mentioned!
