It is fair stay for your money. Over all was okay.

The location was good. The space was correct for the number of guests.

The instructions to open the apartment door were not clear and we lost 2 hours waiting for help. The traffic is too noisy if you open the windows.

The apartment itself had good bones. Beautiful high ceilings and spacious. The entryway and courtyard was nice and appeared clean. The building overall was well maintained.

Some concerns from the outset- Building specific (the apartment owner has no control of this). The initial door into the building requires a key in order to leave. The stairs are extremely narrow and would be challenging to have more than one person on a stair at any one time. (No crossing people in opposite directions). If you’re upstairs locking the door to the apartment whoever else cannot leave the building unless they have an additional key to get out. In the case of a fire what would you do? There is also a trick to open the door which would have been helpful to know about and luckily we found someone down on the main floor to help us out. The biggest issue was there was no toilet paper in the apartment. We were there for 1 night and heading to a concert with a tight timeline. Our teenagers were staying in the apartment and when we realized the apartment didn’t have any toilet paper I contacted the person managing the apartment on the booking.com website. They apologized and suggested we go to a store. When my husband couldn’t find a store close by that was open which sold what we needed I messaged the person again and was told it was Monday, stores were open. There was no offer to have someone come deliver any or provide a specific store that was close by that would sell some. Zero help. Thank goodness for the bidet. Minor things that would have made the apartment nicer. Some art on the walls. Table lamps (there was one overhead light which was very bright and didn’t help with mood lighting at all). A throw blanket and toss cushions on the sofa. It was just the basics. Also, for the price a small welcome offering as a thanks for booking. A little juice in the fridge or a simple bottle of wine and a loaf of bread. It doesn’t have to be expensive or extensive but something small to recognize the guest chose that particular apartment to rent.

Very clean and had all the facilities. the apartment had all the facilities. the host was very helpful and also let us leave our luggage there before the check in time. it was close to the metro and tram station. overall we had a great stay.

o apartamento estava impecável, o espaço é maravilhoso, muito aconchegante, a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e prestativa.

a fechadura de entrada esta um tanto danificada, o que gerou um pequeno estresse até entender como abrir, uma das janelas do quarto não fechava por completo, mas nada que atrapalhasse também.

Estancia perfecta!!

Nos gustó todo del alojamiento, fue perfecto para nuestra estancia en Milán, muy bien conectado con el centro tanto en tranvía como en autobús. La casa tenía todo lo necesario para hacernos sentir como en casa. Las camas cómodas, las duchas estaban genial y estaba todo perfectamente limpio. El propietario muy educado y correcto, nos ayudó en todo momento. Nos dimos cuenta de que nos faltaba un secador se lo comunicamos y no solventó el problema enseguida En resumen, fue una estancia maravillosa que repetiríamos sin dudar

Das Appartment ist sehr groß und sehr hübsch und vollständig eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann Vermieter und Appartment sehr empfehlen!

O sofá cama necessita de manutenção porque está parido num lado e todo na-se muito incomodo para dormir. Faz falta uma torradeira e um microondas num apartamento daquelas dimensões.

Bien para un fin de semana en Milán.

Por un lado la ubicación: no es céntrico pero a nosotros nos vino muy bien para lo que fuimos a hacer en Milán. En cualquier caso está muy bien comunicado usando el servicio público: varias líneas de tranvía y cerca de varias paradas de metro. Por otro lado, la tranquilidad del edificio y lo bien insonorizado que está.

Aunque la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena, hubiese preferido un trato más personal, cara a cara. Y, como en todo, algunas cosas se podrían mejorar, pero he preferido comunicarlo al anfitrión en privado.

instructions incompréhensibles, code manquant pour accéder à l’immeuble et l’appartement Très compliqué. Mais tout de même j’ai pu joindre le propriétaire par téléphone qui a pu nous aider. Revoir aussi le système d’ouverture de porte avec boitier à code qui n’est vraiment pas au point 🥵

El pomo para entrar a la casa es girando una llave y a la vez un código, no me resultó sencillo a pesar de las indicaciones que facilita la propiedad. Aparcar en esta zona es complicado, los que viven por la zona dejan los coches donde pueden fuera de la zona azul, ya que es cara (2€ la hora)

Apartamento super espaçoso. Excelente custo/benefício.

O Apartamento é bem espaçoso. Fomos em uma família de 6 pessoas, e mesmo utilizando o sofá-cama para as crianças, ficamos bem confortáveis. O atendimento quando precisamos foi imediato, tem um pequeno elevador que foi essencial para a subida das malas, e a localização é muito tranquila pois tem várias opções de TRAM nas imediações.

O que vou pontuar, são sugestões de melhorias: - Não tem torradeira na cozinha; - Não tem microondas; - Poucos utensílios de cozinha; - Não tinha cortinas nos quartos, mesmo tendo as venezianas de madeiras por fora; - Fechadura digital da porta de entrada que para quem nunca usou algo parecido, vai ter trabalho de usar, mesmo com as instruções; - Uma máquina de lavar e secar.
