Below average experience
Location
While the apartment itself was good, but building that hosts these units could take a nice cleaning. One can look and tell it has not been updated. Internet was not working the entire time we were there (4days). We understood that someone was engaged with the provider but it still didnโt work. Utensils and basic items like cups, comforters were not adequate. Comforters had an oily smell to it.

Charging extra without service provided
Clean premise
Charging extra EUR30 upon registration for check in after 1700 with assistance, but no one there to assist, calling the phone number as provided in booking.com but nobody pick up the phone. We have to guess and make blind try almost 1 hour to get in the premise. One of the room is placed together with the kitchen, stove not functioning (or we don't know how to operate, no one to help or refer to), washing machine provided but no rack to dry the wet laundry.

Awful experience
I was charged for additional โฌ30 for late check in assistance. We checked in at 2330 hrs but nobody was there to check if we were fine. ( Iseek for refund of that fee)The Air con was not working. ( only on fan mode) we wanted to use the cooker but there was no instructions how to how to use it. The electricity shut down 15-20 minutes after we arrived, for about 4-5 minutes. I called their help line but got no answer. (Luckily, the next door neighbour knew where the main switch are). They provided a fan which was not enough for all of us. Lastly, on our 3rd day, my daughter had few patches of bed bug bites on her legs.

Not a good stay
It is like an abandoned property not looked after and kept properly.
The very first bad experience was that the main door lock and key system was antique and we were not able to access the flat easily . We had to struggle for good 10 minutes to
Open the door .
The Flat was infected by insects ( mosquitoes) and no repellent was provided in the rooms.
Electrical fittings were not in good order .
We stayed 4 nights but no one came to check or do basic housekeeping to clear the bins at least .
I would not recommend this property to stay .

It's a good and confortable accommodation, close to Metro station and San Siro Stadium. The apartment was very nice and spacious enough for a family.
I probably add some kitchen stuff for cooking like good pans and cooking tray ๐

La struttura non era per niente pulita , con coperte macchiate di โcicloโ di altre donne state lรฌ in precedenza , cibo avanzato negli scaffali..
Oltre questo la cosa peggiore รจ che lโassistenza mi disse che Milano ha messo gli orari per il riscaldamento per gli autonomi (spoiler, non vero perchรฉ mancavano semplicemente le pile dal termostato per far partire i termosifoni) ho dovuto comprarle e fare tutto io, sennรฒ la casa stava attorno i 12 gradi.
Nemmeno un rimborso รจ arrivato.

La migliore struttura che potessi trovare per il mio viaggio di lavoro!
Struttura perfetta, sia per vicinanza alla fiera e alla metro ( non piรน di 200 metri ), bar tavola calda proprio avanti il portone, zona tranquillissima. Ma il punto di forza รจ la qualitร dell'appartamento, decisamente migliore di casa mia! C'รจ tutto quello che occorre, pulizia impeccabile. Straconsigliatissimo!
