Luxury apartment - Bramante 7

I really loved the support of the team, whenever I had questions they would reply as soon as possible.

Even though the short video of how to find the lock was included, it was quite uncomfortable to look forint at night especially when you don’t know the neighbourhood. The place was not fully clean, hair on the floor and carpet (disgusting) and blocked shower drain.

2 banyo ve tuvaletin olması çok iyiydi. Keşke 2.odanın kapısı olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Merkeziydi, temizdi. Ev sahibi çok anlayışlı ve yardımcıydı.

2.odanın kapısının olması çok önemli. Bir sürgülü kapı yaptırılabilir

Location was amazing, just 2 min from tram going 15 min to Duomo

The entrance is bit complicated - the huge gate with a small door about 140 sm height you need to penetrate (LOL), but it is open at day time, and when you stay few days and used to it is OK

The location was great.

When the name is luxury apartments, one would assume it to be a bit on the fancy side. This was just a basic apartment with no extra comforts. Not even the first capsules for the coffee machine. The other bedroom is a living room which has a bed; no door. The room was noisy; you can hear all the trams, carbage cars and people from the street all night long. Won't recommend for a light sleeper. There were extra pillows, but no extra pillow sheets. The dish washer was broken. Left a mention of that the the host. Probably that was known as there wasn't any dish washing powder/gel either. Only for the hand dishes. A cover sheet on one of the sofas had white stains, which were ugly so that no one actually wanted to sit on it. Nor did we dare to take of the sheet because were sceptic on what was under it. If you take late check-out and luggage storage, the luggage storage is at their office, which is 3,5 kilometres away from the apartment. We got a refund on that as it wasn't really an option to go to the opposite side of the city. For our next stay we will choose something else. Our expectation was higher than the delivery.
