Everything was great! The location was excellent, the place was very clean, and it had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated having the baby cot already set up when we arrived. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay!
We couldn’t find anyone we could contact quickly by phone when we needed assistance. We had to check out and used the app to complete the check-out process, but the electronic key disappeared immediately afterward. As a result, we no longer had a way to lock the door when leaving. This was quite inconvenient and stressful, especially when we needed to leave promptly.

It was in a great location. Close to the metro. Close to the supermarket. Close to restaurants. Close to great coffee. Walk to duomo and La Scala. Good facilities in the apartment. Air con worked very well for the hot conditions. Lift and building lovely. All seemed secure.
Bed side tables were impractical. But it’s a minor complaint. We just moved two chairs next to the bed.

The location was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and it was great value for money. I also really appreciated how responsive the host was. When I had trouble operating the air conditioner, they kindly helped me through the chat even at around 1:00 a.m. Their prompt and thoughtful support made my stay even more enjoyable.
