清潔感は良かった。細かいところに配慮がされていた。

アパートメントに初めて宿泊したが、持ち主との対応がよくわからず、連絡もふじゅうぶんだった。例えば朝食のお店に行ったら休みだった。TVの仕組みがわからず、なかなか見れなかった。 マニュアル等が準備してあると助かる。

Location

Small, but cozy. The mattress could be better.

I really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness, as well as the clear instructions and easy self‑checkout process. The location was great — close to bars, the metro, and within walking distance of the city centre.

There was no coffee provided for the coffee machine and no alternatives. I reported this on arrival and was assured it would be rectified, but nothing was provided throughout the stay. The advertised breakfast vouchers were also not available. We managed to get a croissant and coffee at a local café, but it felt uncomfortable having to justify ourselves. Staff was lovely though. The flat did not feel properly clean — particularly the bathroom, where the shower area and around the toilet needed a deep clean. We also had to re‑wash the cups as they were stained from previous use, and there was visible dust on shelves. Overall, it didn’t give us a relaxing feel. The space served its purpose for a two‑night stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay longer. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed, so we had to improvise with a piece of wood from a shelf. The room also felt quite claustrophobic overpowered with a lot of "art".
