Moscova - Volta Charme Apartment

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé. Il est situé à 2kms du Duomo qui se font facilement à pied, mais le métro Moscova est proche si besoin. Des restaurants et des commerces sont proches. Vraiment une bonne adresse pour visiter Milan.

Quelques suggestions : Un guide d accueil reprenant des conseils pour le séjour ou des adresses de restaurants à tester... prévoir de resserrer le robinet de la cuisine qui est très bancal.

Location is amazing!! very nice bathroom and kitchen, everything is clean, very warm and comfortable, great windows that stop the noise from the street🙂

The sofa is brojem , we had a hard time opening it, and the bed in the bedroom is in bad condition

Spacious apartment near the city center and metro station nearby. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants markets and everything you need very close.

There are lack of equipment in the kitchen and need some maintenance in some things such lights near the bed and other, but not so imprortant.

للأسف كانت تجربتنا غير مرضية بسبب ضعف مستوى الخدمة وعدم تعاون الموظف المسؤول. فقد كان جهاز التكييف معطلاً منذ وصولنا، وتم إبلاغه بالمشكلة، لكنه لم يتخذ أي إجراء أو يستجب بشكل جاد إلا بعد التواصل مع Booking.com وتقديم شكوى رسمية، رغم أن هذا التواصل الدولي تسبب لنا في تكاليف إضافية. كما أن غلاية الماء الكهربائية كانت لا تعمل، وسخان المياه لم يكن يوفر كمية كافية من الماء الساخن، حيث لا تكفي إلا لاستحمام شخص واحد فقط. إضافة إلى ذلك، لم نلمس أي مرونة فيما يتعلق بإجراءات الوصول. فقد وصلنا إلى ميلان في الساعة السابعة صباحًا، ومع ذلك تم رفض استلام أمتعتنا قبل الساعة الواحدة ظهرًا، بينما كان موعد استلام الشقة في الساعة الرابعة عصرًا. هذا الأمر أجبرنا على التنقل بحقائبنا لساعات طويلة، مما تسبب في إرهاق شديد لنا وأدى إلى تلف عجلات بعض الحقائب. بشكل عام، كانت التجربة دون مستوى التوقعات، ونأمل تحسين جودة الخدمة والاهتمام براحة النزلاء مستقبلاً.
