It was beautiful, well located and comfortable, it had enough amenities for you to have a very good stay.
It had little damages, like a couple of burnt-out light bulbs—nothing that couldn't be fixed with a quick check.

The place was very spacious and comfortable, location was close enough to everything also , they also allowed us to check in a little early which was nice
A few things need to be fixed the toilet seat unattached at all or the shower head The tap in the kitchenette was broken also A bottle of water would have been nice in the fridge, it was a 35 degree day when we arrived

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, lovely building.
Bedroom parquet floor needed fixing, 2 walls unpainted, shower head needed fixing.

Location
Gaining access to the property , waiting 40 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in. Key holder spoke no English and was unable to give any details about the property or directions to restaurants or main areas of Milan.
