The apartment was exactly like in the photos. The location is perfect, is very central so you are very close to everything, there are also bus & metro stations, a supermarket very close and a lot of restaurants. I appreciated that the apartment had everything you need in the house: + a fully equipped kitchen! Another important thing was the fact that had a very good system of heating! Also, the communication with the staff was very good: they provided all the information needed, responded very promptly, and offered assistance anytime.

- even though the apartment has double-glazed windows, you can hear all the noise from outside - the internet was very poor, very low signal - the hairdryer had dust inside so I preferred to not use it - we received only 40ml of shampoo in 2 persons for 1 week - the mattress on the living room couch, where you were supposed to watch TV, was stained - the bed in the bedroom creaked every time you move

La ubicación

La calefacción no cumplía su función correctamente. No había personas físicas para arreglar el problema in situ . Están de obras en la fachada y la entrada y zonas comunes son bastante desagradables. Por el olor.
