spacious 4 bedroom appartment

If you look for a large appartment then this place is great. has 4 seperate bedrooms with double bed in each room. Also a terasse in the last 6th floor. Neigbourhood is nice. Shops and Cafes in the vicinity.

There is no living room where one can sit together comfortably around a table. In one of the bathrooms a cabinet door was loose.

Mala experiencia

Los que administran el departamento me llamaron a las 5pm para informarme que había una gotera en uno de los cuartos pero que no me preocupara porque había sido arreglada. Eso fue mentira, como también fue mentira que el cuarto estaba en condiciones de usarse y que la gotera se había iniciado la noche anterior. Tienen una gotera que chorrea agua en la mitad el cuarto, moja todo el piso y se siente un olor a humedad tremendo que es imposible dormir ahí. Por lo tanto, me cobraron por un cuarto extra que no estaba en condiciones de usarse y no quisieron reconocerme el reintegro de ese cuarto. También hay cosas que no funcionan, como el lavavajillas, la cafetera, la calefacción y la ducha del baño está tapada. Por lo tanto mi experiencia no fue nada buena.

Ótima estadia , bem localizado , apartamento bem conservado e confortável

Camas confortáveis , quartos grandes , cozinha bem equipada, limpeza muito boa , roupa de cama e banho excelentes , ou seja , apartamento ótimo para uma família de 8 pessoas .

Os Banheiros são espaçosos porém com a área do banho muito pequena e o outro só banheira com ducha.

Mieszkanie wymaga lekkiego remontu, jedna sypialnia bez okna, zamiast klimatyzacji wentylatory w pokojach, kompletnie zalodzony zamrażalnik bez możliwości jego użycia, zepsuta klamka w sypialni (nie można zamknąć drzwi)
