Location is excellent and the apartment and building were very well equipped. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Porto and having access to the pool was hit with the kids.

Die Lage des Apartments ist gut. Am Rande der Altstadt und alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe sind ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie diverse Restaurants, Bars und Aussichtspunkte. Das Apartment ist gut und umfassend ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto ist das Apartment unpraktisch zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Das Spielezimmer mit Billiardtisch ist sehr positiv hervorzuheben
Das Apartment war grundlegend sauber. Allerdings sind schon viele Macken in den Möbeln und im Apartment selbst sowie Flecken auf dem Sofa und den Stühlen. Der kleine Balkon wurde allerdings nie gereinigt. Zigarettenstummel, leere Flaschen und dreckig. Aus der Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Die öffentlichen Bereiche insbesondere der Pool brauchen mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Hier sind deutliche Schimmelspuren zu sehen und der Boden muss regelmäßiger geputzt werden. An unserem Apartment war der Türknauf abgefallen und wurde trotz Meldung nicht während unseres Aufenthaltes repariert.
