Amazing location, right next to the Luis 1 bridge and on the Gaia Broadway. Awsome views. Not noisy since there are double windows. Very easy communication with host who generously allowed us to check out late.

The breakfasts were fantastic and was very handy having them delivered to the apartment.
The smell in the stairway was rather unpleasant - the smell was better in the apartment but still had a bit of a musty odour. The upstairs shower needs to be fixed as it leaked into the bathroom and kitchen. The tap in this bathroom sink also started leaking.

Very central and noiseless, which was a surprise.
The cleaning wasn’t great. Mold in the shower tiles, limescale on taps and a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet.
