Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, la proximité du métro et des arrêts de bus, les équipements.
Comme d'autres personnes, je pense qu'un changement du matelas et des oreillers seraient à envisager. Au niveau de l'isolation phonique, on entend tout du couloir et entre les logements. Par chance, nous étions peu de locataires et n'avons pas eu à subir trop ces nuisances sonores. Juste notre première nuit avec le voisin du dessus qui écoutait de la musique. Au niveau du matin, inutile de prévoir un réveil car les nombreux goélands s'en chargent. Il vaut mieux prévoir des boules quies.

Flat was really well equipped with dish washer and facilities for cooking Comfortable bed/mattress Air con
View was not great from the north facing balcony - couldn't really dry any clothes Communal door was locked from the inside one night and we couldn't get in. Only eventually did management supply us with a code although did agree to send someone out. Staff during process of trying to "help" get us back in became quite argumentative. Not really what you need in the middle of the night. Just help us get in and move on!
