Oporto Chic&Cozy - Batalha II

Very central to Porto. Really beautiful apartment with a massive space and bright areas and controllable window covers. Direct access from both rooms to patio was really handy as well, we spent time there when we came to the city. Aircon was working well. 2 toilets are also an extra help if you are a group of 4. Overall, will book again, we really loved the apartment but it needs some more TLC as some areas are worn out and plants outside were dry/dying.

You have to take a flight of stairs from the entrance to level 1 where there is a lift and the apartment was in level 2, not helpful if you have a very heavy luggage. Molds on toilet sink and floors. The patio outside was also worn out, like it hasn't been looked after really well which is a shame since the apartment was really nice. Very expensive garage under the apartment, costs €26 which we think is a bit too much so we found a cheaper parking just close to the apartment for €50/72 hours. Could also use a hand soap in the bathroom.

Excellent location in very central location- city bus tour stop across road from apartment. Facilities very clean - walking distance for lots of shops and restaurants. Would recommend a visit.

Lovely location in centre of Porto, massive apartment with good facilities.

Paint needs work as marks over the walls and terrace needs a revamp and cleaning.

La localización es muy céntrica, si solo van 2 es cómodo

El mobiliario está bastante viejo, necesita un buen lavado de cara. Algunos muebles están a punto de romperse como la mesa de la cocina. El baño está bastante poco limpio y no se ajusta en nada a las fotos que ponen en booking. Ademas hay muy poco menaje y el sofá cama es incómodo y bajo. Creo que en relación calidad/precio no lo recomendaría. Otro punto a mejorar, es la accesibilidad a los apartamentos. Hay un ascensor pero no se puede usar para subir maletas ( nosotros nos quedamos encerrados)
