The location was amazing as it was close enough to walk to most places and the staff were really helpful.

The beds were quite hard.

The location was great as all the key attractions were within walking distance. The staff are very helpful.

The air on filters could do with cleaning.

This is an old and gracious building, which has been well and cleverly restored. Our apartment was a medium size, and managed (via a central soundproofed pod) to give us a well appointed bathroom, galley kitchen and bedroom with the lounge area provding a sofa bed, as we were 3 in number. The apartment was very clean and the bedding fresh - the beds were firm, but comfortable. The apartment was at the back of the house and very quiet at night, with a little balcony which had seating and an pleasant view of other buildings around. The decor was minimalist, and the apartment itself was attractive and felt an ideal space for us - we didn't feel cramped in any way. The location of the apartment was excellent and although we were only there for a night, we managed to fit in a lovely evening in an the old and vibrant part of the city, including a visit to the Mercado do Bolhao (easy walking distance) which was a foodie dream! We ate at an excellent restaurant within the Mercado area, and shopped until we dropped - a really enjoyable stay. I would also like to mention the kindness of a member of the reception team, who went out of her way to provide the help that we needed, and for which we were very grateful. I would certainly recommend this stay to visitors who want to experience Porto.

Very clean accommodation, good location within easy reach of Porto old town and several bars and restaurants nearby.

Our apartment was on the third floor of a very tall building, we are in our 70's and fortunately we are pretty fit and only brought hand luggage. There was no lift and had we been less fit or had more luggage this would have been a real struggle. The facilities were pretty basic, but as we did not spend much time in the accommodation it wasn't too much of a problem.
