Located in central Porto by the Sao Bento train station and Santo Ildefonso Church, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore the city and popular sites, such as Dom. Luis I bridge, São João Theatre, Majestic Cafe, and Douro riverside.

This spacious apartment has around 100m2 with 2 bedrooms plus a mezzanine (sleeps up to 6 people) and a balcony on the 3rd floor. Property is architecturally redesigned and refurbished in 2017 by the designer owner and is decorated with furnitures from design brands such as Vitra, Flos and Hay for your comfort. The owner also creates Japanese ceramics and his works are displayed in the space too.
The accommodation has 100Mbps fibre optic internet so it’s perfect for working remotely. It is equipped with mod cons such as air conditioning throughout the house, lift (elevator), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, bathtub, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer and bluetooth speaker.
The building is a fully refurbished classic 18 century building and was owned by a local Baron Nova Sintra originally. It sits within city’s protected heritage area.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Property manager was terrific - making arrangements easy and providing lots of helpful tips. I would stay here again.

The location is great. Close to supermarkets and easy to walk to the bars, restaurants and attractions.
The kitchen equipment is great. Pans that where actually non-stick and chopping knifes that would slice.
Air conditioning was a life saver. The windows do a good job of reducing the noise of the surroundings. Working from home, I used the kitchen table and would every now and then switch to the couch to charge my computer.The lift is very helpful as one does not have to go up the stairs with the luggage.
The communication throughout was very good and friendly. Received great tips on events, transport and luggage storage.
Would recommend and come back.

great location and light, but form over function. no storage at all. Not really set up for longer stays, no desk/workspace, super low couch, no microwave, poor lighting, and a wonky shower-easy to scald since almost no cold water from shower tap. Great for a short stay living out of a suitcase and being out and about most of the time.
