Citybreak-apartments Patio

It looks nice, loved having the coffee machine, being in the heart of the city.

Would have loved to have shower gel and shampoo, even tiny bottles would’ve been enough. The shower wasn’t cleaned very well or at all, there was hair on the floor and on the wall as if someone just shaved, and even a contact lense, I’ve thought at first it could have been mine but I still had mine on my eyes.

The apartment was beautiful and in a prime location.

It was very stressful to get no communication or updates on the status of my apartment prior to getting the door code. I messaged multiple times to ask when the apartment would be available or even to confirm that I HAD an apartment because I’d heard nothing since making the reservation, and got no response. This was highly stressful and makes me question if I will use your service again.

The apartment is in a great location with everything on your doorstep. Spacious apartment with basic amenities. Good communication and easy to access.

Would be nice to have basic condiments like salt and pepper, oil for cooking. The coffee machine didn't work. The rug in the living room was stained and there was a toenail on the floor. There was also some building work going on which woke us up every morning.

Good location, clean

Very noisy from the street; No AC, kitchen was not well-equipped
