Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance.
After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.
For check-ins after 20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation.
Other Things to Note:
Check-ins after 20:00 have a surcharge of €20 paid in cash or credit card at check-in.
The building has video surveillance in common areas.

It was a wonderful stay, and everything was perfect. A good location, a well-equipped apartment, and little touches like coffee, tea, salt, and oil were provided. There were also two pillows per bed and an iron. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. What more could you want on vacation? A quick tip for the agency: Send the email with the check-in procedure a few days in advance. We received it on the day of arrival and were a little nervous. Unnecessarily, because everything was actually perfectly organized. We would love to come back.

The property is in a perfect central location to explore all of Porto. It was spotless too. My 3* relates to the bedroom and living area configuration which didn't work too well for our couple's trip. The kitchen is accessed through the first bedroom which was a bit inconvenient. The sitting area is also in that first bedroom which made it too awkward to really use. I thought it might be helpful to some traveller to know this. The 2nd bedroom is accessed up a steep flight of stairs which we were aware of but not quite prepared for how steep.Overall this is a great apartment for the right group.
