The apartment was exceptionally spacious,The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest, and the kitchen was modern, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed .The location was outstanding. Situated right in the city center, it was surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions. Almost everything was within walking distance, so we hardly needed to use public transportation or the metro during our visit.

The only aspect that could be improved was the lighting inside the apartment. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom: every time we took a shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor and caused minor flooding. It seemed as though there might be a problem with the shower seal or waterproofing that may need attention.

Very food location. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Sao Bento train station is just a few minutes walk.

Location - It's very close to attractions and Sao Bento train station, making it very accessible and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. Checking in process is straightforward.

Both of us who stayed at the apartment don't agree with the property rating of 4 stars, it is 3 stars at best. The apartment is spacious but amenities are bare basics, lights are dimmed and dull, no light in the sofa area and hence a dark corner. Bathroom is not well maintained with leaky faucet and shower stall/door/screen. Bathroom walls showed signs of water damage. Also the apartment is advertised to offer both double bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed in living room, but the host assumed our party of 2 will definitely share the bed in the bedroom. As a result one of us had to sleep one night on the sofa bed without provided sheets and bedding. This problem was rectified as quickly as possible, but left an unpleasant experience as this was the first time I encountered staying at a place where soft bed was offered without sheets. Internet was also very weak and unstable.
