Que no había suficiente papel higiénico para 4 personas y los suelos que estaban un poco deteriorados.

Spacious rooms. Good location, near the bridges to the historic areas. Lots of bars and supermarket within a short walk. Well equipped kitchen suitable for making dinner at home with nice salt, oils etc. Not many stairs to climb. Two of the AC units worked fine and the apartment was a comfortable temperature during this heatwave.

The online check in website asked us to enter a lot of information, plus photos of ID, plus selfies holding the ID, so took quite a while with several guests. The website did not allow us to pay the city tax using non-European bank cards/Google Pay (linked to a New Zealand card), although they've been working fine all throughout Europe and Italy. One of three AC units wasn't working, but I think it will be repaired soon. The shower was a bit cramped. Coffee and sugar would have been nice to have in the kitchen for breakfast time.

Die Lage ist exzellent. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die Wohnung geht nach hinten heraus, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Bis zur Ponte Vecchio sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung jetzt doch deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Der Fußboden besteht aus Laminat, dass an vielen Stellen gebrochen ist, so dass es nicht nur unansehnlich ist, sondern auch gefährlich, wenn man barfuß läuft, da die Kanten sehr scharf sind. Im Bad läuft das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht ab, der Boden in der Dusche löst sich auf und der Wasserhahn ist lose. Die Küche mit Essplatz ist ein wildes Sammelsurium an Schränken, alten Tischen und einzelnen Elektrogeräten in traurigem Zustand. So lassen z.B. die Küchenschränke die Türen hängen. Ob man dort Kochen will muss man sich überlegen, denn es gibt keine Dunstabzugshaube und das Schlafzimmer ist direkt nebenan. Ferner gibt es kaum genug Geschirr (Es gab nur 3 kleine Teller, wir waren zum Glück nur zu dritt!) Insgesamt ist die letzte Renovierung lieblos gemacht und zu lange her!
