We loved the location. However, you should know that two of the bedrooms are upstairs. One of them has a spiral staircase that you cannot bring Lakić up nor is there anywhere to put your luggage once you are up. You also cannot stand up right in that bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good. You need to bring your luggage up one flight of stairs. The person that met us helped us with our luggage which was very kind. When you first enter the hallway to go up to the apartment there was a sewer smell. I don’t know if that’s always the case. Great location in Santo Spirito. It’s a very funky and unique property.

This is a very old property and gives you the true feel of Italy. There are stairs and a few old doors that you need to go through/up, but they really add to the character of the site. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is great. We enjoyed being across the bridge as it got us away from the crowds. Also, right down the block is fabulous gelato, a sandwich shop, and a coffee shop! Everything you need and just a short walk across the bridge to all tourist activities. Would really recommend this apartment for a safe, clean and convenient stay in Florence.

I’d stay there again. Great spot south of the river away from the tourist crowds and major tourist spots. A walk to get any where but still convenient and a great neighborhoodThe unit was clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat or hangout there much, mainly a spot to sleep and hold our belongings

The location was perfect to easily walk to all the Florence sites, the apartment was very comfortable and well furnished.

The best thing about this apartment was location. It is decorated nicely and it was comfortable for our family of 4 (all Adults) The downside was that It was very difficult communicating with management compared to the other places we rented . It was our first visit to Florence and we had no idea what to expect. It took days for someone to respond to my messages and I had to follow up several times. This was frustrating and most definitely elevated our stress levels. My daughter was already in Florence and needed to check in before our arrival. It was not a pleasant process. Once we were settled, we were able to finally relax and enjoy .
